Private funding sources are insufficient or are not invested effectively in the economy; government intervention is required to tap into the economy's high growth potential and its contribution to Israeli society.
International funding programs
Israeli companies and entities are entitled, by virtue of bilateral and multinational agreements, to submit grant applications to international frameworks, both within programs operated by the Innovation Authority (binational and multinational agreements) and in frameworks such as the Horizon Europe program (starting in January 2021) and others.
